ACCESS

Do you have different people needing different levels of access to different areas in a building? Or perhaps they only need access at certain times? If so, TWE Security can help you choose an appropriate system to meet your budget and needs.

Simply defined, the term Access Control System or (ACS), describes any technique used to control passage into or out of any area.

Over the years, access control systems have become more and more sophisticated. Today, the term most often refers to a computer-based, electronic card/fob access control system, where the electronic card/fob access control system uses a special ‘access card’ or ‘fob’, rather than a the traditional metal key to permit access into the restricted area.

Aside from controlling and logging who access which area and when, an access control system can easily delete individual users in the event that the swipe cards/fobs are lost or you with to prevent access. This prevents the need to change locks and rekeying an entire building.

The specific type and arrangement of hardware to be used on each door is determined based on the construction conditions at the door.

TWE Security can help you decide, design, supply and install a system that suits your needs and your budget.
