HIRE
In 2007 Troy Walker Electrical identified that an opening existed in the Maryborough region for the hire of access equipment. From this, Troy Walker Electrical began Central Vic Hire, investing in a refurbished scissor lift and knuckle boom.
After six months of a steadily increasing demand, the refurbished scissor and knuckle boom were traded for a new 15-metre knuckle boom and a 7.6-metre rough terrain scissor lift. Also purchased were three electric scissor lifts and a tilt tray to transport them all. This led to carting equipment and materials around for other businesses to hire.
As of March 2016, the 15-metre knuckle boom has been replaced with a new 520AJ as well as the purchase of an X19J compact crawler lift which will arrive in May 2016.

Central Vic Hire has just updated its boom and now has the articulating boom lift 520AJ with diesel engine.
