As explained to you when you began the quoting process, I always obtain two quotes before deciding on who I trust for our work. This is not purely based on price (although this is important) but also on professionalism and capability to complete the work well and on time.
I found dealing with you from the very first meeting to be extremely reliable and knowledgeable in your field of expertise. As you would be well aware on a commercial job in particular you only need one trade to let you down and the whole project can turn into a nightmare very quickly.
Troy Walker Electrical did not let me down once. You listened to what I needed, when I needed it and most importantly followed through on everything you promised you would do. It is extremely important for a project manager to be able to rely on your word and not have to second guess whether things will get done the way they have been discussed and agreed on.
Not only did you fulfil your obligations to complete the job at hand you also chipped in some valuable ideas I had not thought of myself allowing a good collaborative culture on site to enhance the overall renovation. It was also helpful for me that you and Craig were able to install my new security system at a competitive price which saved me having to involve another contractor.
Overall I am very satisfied with the job you did and would recommend your services to anyone needing electrical or security work particularly for business (and also domestic)
